As a small batch roaster we roast to order. For subscribers coffee is roasted packaged and sent out within 24 hours . Beans require time to degass after roasting so your coffee will keep developing flavours even after you recieve your delivery . A bit like recieving a bunch of roses just before they have fully bloomed , you get to enjoy the whole flavour profile from the start to the finish

After subscribing I personaly send you an email asking for any prefrences such as grind size or whole beans so please please please let me know what you like . Simon
